TO PAY APPLY AND APPROPRIATE THE WHOLE OF THE TRUST FUND TO THOSE PURPOSES BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE BY ENGLISH LAW AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES BUT DURING THE LIFETIME OF JOSEPH KASNER SUBJECT TO HIS DISCRETION AND APPROVAL.
