Register of Charities - The Charity Commission HERTFORDSHIRE ASSOCIATION FOR THE CARE AND RESETTLEMENT OF OFFENDERS
Activities - how the charity spends its money
HACRO aims to make a contribution to reducing crime by focussing on the rehabilitation of offenders. We do this by enabling and managing practical projects to assist offenders to reform and by contributing to debate on issues of criminal justice policy. Projects are usually run in partnership with other agencies, and benefit offenders in HMP The Mount and in the Community of Hertfordshire..
