Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEST WOODHAY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, (A) TO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND (B) FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE.
