(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND (B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS (INCLUDING ELDERLY INHABITANTS).
