THE OBJECTS ARE TO ASSIST IN CARING FOR, PRESERVING AND ADORNING CIRENCESTER PARISH CHURCH AND THE SOUTH PORCH OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE TOWN HALL (TOGETHER THE "CHURCH") AND ANY OTHER ANCIENT OR HISTORIC BUILDINGS VESTED IN THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF CIRENCESTER (THE "PCC") TOGETHER WITH THEIR GOODS AND ORNAMENTS FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT.
