THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AMONG WOMEN WHO HAVE SUFFERED GRAVE OR PERSISTENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY THE MEN WITH WHOM THEY ARE OR HAVE BEEN LIVING AND THE CHILDREN OF SUCH WOMEN.
