CARE AND TREATMENT OF PERSONS IN NEED WHO ARE HOMELESS ROOTLESS OR OTHERWISE THROUGH ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE IN NEED OF HELP IN ACQUIRING A SETTLED WAY OF LIFE. ESTABLISHING HOSTELS AND ASSOCIATING WITH OTHER GROUPS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
