TO UNDERTAKE VOLUNTARY WORK IN EDUCATION, SOCIAL SERVICES AND SIMILAR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AMONGST THOSE CLASSES IN NEED THEREOF IN THE PARISHES OF ALDWORTH, ASHAMPSTEAD, BASILDON, BRADFIELD, PANGBOURNE, PURLEY, TIDMARSH AND SULHAM, WHITCHURCH AND YATTENDON.
