ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR AGED OR INFIRM PERSONS WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) ARE INHABITANTS OF ECCLESIASTICAL PARISHES OF CHRIST CHURCH, SOUTHGATE AND ST. ANDREW, SOUTHGATE AND THOSE PARTS OF THE FORMER ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF CHRIST CHURCH, SOUTHGATE (AS CONSTITUTED ON THE 7 NOVEMBER 1894) AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT BEING MARRIED COUPLES OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE OR SINGLE PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN 45 YEARS OF AGE.
