TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ANY CHRONIC OR TERMINAL ILLNESS OR ANY DISABILITY OR DISEASE ATTRIBUTABLE TO LIFE LIMITING ILLNESSES PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING SPECIALIST PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES AND ADVICE AT NHS AND OTHER FACILITIES IN NORFOLK AND TO SUPPORT THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
