To preserve for the benefit of the public such of the historical architectural or constructional heritage as may exist in Surrey in the form of buildings, gardens, plant, machinery or monuments. The Trust may purchase, sell or restore buildings, make grants and provide advice to owners, work in conjunction with public or charitable bodies and foster interest by way of visits and lectures.
