TO FURTHER THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE NEW FOREST AND IN PARTICULAR (A) THE CONSERVATION AND PROTECTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF THE CHARACTER AND AMENITIES OF THE NEW FOREST (B) THE PROVISION EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A REGIONAL MUSEUM OR MUSEUMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO ILLUSTRATE THE CHARACTER AND HISTORY OF THE NEW FOREST (C) THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH RELATING TO THE NEW FOREST AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF.
