PROVIDING TEMPORARY MEDICAL AND NURSING SERVICES IN THEIR OWN HOMES AND/OR DOMESTIC HELP FOR RESIDENTS OF THE BOROUGH OF MAIDSTONE WHO ARE IN GENUINE NEED OF SUCH SERVICES AND/OR DOMESTIC HELP AND WHO ARE UNABLE OTHERWISE TO PAY THE WHOLE OR A PART OF THE COST OF SUCH SERVICES AND/OR DOMESTIC HELP.
