ONE-THIRD PART TO ASHBURNE HALL HALL OF RESIDENCE FOR WOMEN STUDENTS OF MANCHESTER UNIVERSITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS IN RESIDENCE THERE WHO NEED HELP. ONE-THIRD PART TO BE PAID TO THE NATIONAL TRUST FOR PLACES OF HISTORIC INTEREST OR NATURAL BEAUTY.
