Charitable objects
TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING AND UNTIL THE TRUSTEES SHALL OTHERWISE RESOLVE THEY SHALL HAVE SPECIAL REGARD TO THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF THE DOVER AND DEAL CIRCUIT METHODIST CHURCH OR SUCH OTHER AREAS OF THE METHODIST CHURCH AS SHALL INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF DOVER.
