THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE STUDY OF FAMILY HISTORY, GENEALOGY AND HERALDRY, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BEDFORDSHIRE.
