Charitable objects
(A) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR AKELEY CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES AND THE MANAGERS OF THE SAID SCHOOL; (B) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SAID SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT; (C) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF AKELEY WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (FOR DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 (C) OF SCHEME DATED 23RD SEPTEMBER 1980).
