(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD. (3) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE ASSOCIATION THINKS FIT INCLUDING (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO SUCH INSTITUTIONS (WHETHER INCORPORATED OR NOT) AS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY.
