TO MANAGE BURNHAM OVERY HARBOUR AREA AND ADJACENT MARSHES IN THE PARISHES OF BURNHAM OVERY AND BURNHAM NORTON IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES OF THE HERITAGE COASTLINE. TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE CREEKS AND HARBOUR AND TO CONTROL AND REGULATE THE ACCESS TO THE CREEKS FOR THOSE PURPOSES. TO CO-OPERATE WITH THE WEST NORFOLK BOROUGH COUNCIL COASTGUARDS AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE PROMOTION OF WATER SAFETY AND THE APPLICATION OF BYLAWS.
