TO PROMOTE THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD AND ITS ENVIRONS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGION AND OTHER OPINIONS BY BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A PAVILION ON THE RIDGEWOOD RECREATION GROUND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
