(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BELL RINGING, BY PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING THE PRACTICE OF BELLRINGING AND BY SUPPORTING THE RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF BELLRINGERS.
