TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE ELECTORAL WARDS FOR THE MARCH PARISH COUNCIL AND IN PARTICULAR THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AD SICKNESS. II. TO ASSIST BY FINANCIAL OR OTHER MEANS ANY FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THE ASSOCIATION WHO IS IN NEED.
