THE HALL SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUSTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISHES OF KENTON AND POWDERHAM BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON,SUBJECT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES AS A MEMORIAL OF THE VICTORY OF THE ALLIES POWERS IN THE GREAT WAR.
