TO RELIEVE SICKNESS BY AIDING PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL SWIMMING FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (PHYSICAL AND MENTAL), REGARDLESS OF THE SEVERITY OF THEIR DISABILITY OR OF THEIR AGE.
