TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND TRAUMA OF WOMEN/MEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE SUFFERED SEXUAL ASSAULT, RAPE OR INCEST AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND 2.2. TO PROMOTE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN THE SUBJECT OF RAPE, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND INCEST AND THE EFFECTS WHETHER PHYSICAL, MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL OR SOCIAL AND THE DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF PROVIDED THAT NO PERSON IS THEREIN IDENTIFIED WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THAT PERSON
