TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS SERVED BY HAROLD WOOD HOSPITAL AND BRENTWOOD HOSPITALS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING AND TREATMENT OF RHEUMATIC DISORDERS.
