THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE (1) SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER (AS DEFINED BY SECTION 4 OF THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT 1959, OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR RE-ENACTMENT THEREOF IN FORCE FROM TIME TO TIME); (2) SUFFERING FROM ANY IMPAIRMENT OF THEIR MENTAL FACULTIES, OR (3) SUFFERING FROM ANY PHYSICAL DISABILITY BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE, ADVICE, REPRESENTATIONS AND SERVICES.
