Monthly lectures, 2 annual conferences, publications, visits, displays and small grants with the aim of educating the public and promoting study in the fields of history, archaeology and architectural history, particularly in relation to the county of Cambridgeshire. The Society represents the interests of these fields within the county to bodies like local government and Cambridge University.
