TO EDUCATE TEACHERS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROFESSIONALS, PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN PARENTAL CARING AND NURTURING AND RELATIONSHIP SKILLS AND PREVENTION OF NEGLECT AND ABUSE IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELING, SEMINARS, TRAINING COURSES AND INCREASING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THESE ISSUES.
