THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT BY EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, RECREATIONAL OR SERVICE TRAINING OF MEMBERS OF THE KETTERING SQUADRON OF THE AIR TRAINING CORPS SO TO DEVELOP THEIR MENTAL PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
