THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN RESIDENT AS AFORESAID, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
