THE MAINTENANCE OF NOT LESS THAN NINE ALDWORTH'S EXHIBITION FOR YOUNG PERSONS, TENABLE AT ANY PLACE OF EDUCATION HIGHER THAN ELEMENTARY; AND NINE FOR YOUNG PERSONS, TO BE AWARDED IN EACH CASE TO YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE AND HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS BEEN IN ATTENDANCE AT A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
