SCHEME DATED 3RD MAY 1882 AS VARIED BY SCHEMES DATED 24TH AUGUST 1900 AND 22ND JANUARY 1974 AND AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION PASSED ON 17TH APRIL 1998 UNDER SECTION 74 (2)(C) OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1993.
Charitable objects
1) INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN APPRENTICING TO SOME PROFESSION TRADE OR CALLING BOYS AND YOUNG MEN WHO HAVE NOT REACHED THE AGE OF 25YRS. AND ARE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE GOVERNORS ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. 2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISHES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE GOVERNORS THINK FIT.
