IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE GOVERNORS ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF WATLINGTON, PYRTON, SHIRBURN, CUXHAM, BRIGHTWELL BALDWIN OR THE VILLAGE OF BRITWELL SALOME AND/OR PUPILS OF WATLINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL AND ICKNIELD COMMUNITY COLLEGE
