FOR THE BENEFIT OR IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE BONA FIDE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF OLNEY AND WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BY (A) PROVISION OF EXHIBITIONS (B) MAINTENANCE OF A LIBRARY OF READING ROOM (C) PROVIDING LECTURES OR EVENING CLASSES (D) MAKING CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS THE COST OF THE OUTFIT ON ENTERING UPON A TRADE OR OCCUPATION, OR INTO SERVICE, OF SCHOLARS ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN OLNEY.
