THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA BY:- (A) THE AWARD OF PAYMENTS TO CHILDREN WHO HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS TO ENCOURAGE FURTHERANCE OF ATTENDANCE AT SCHOOL. (B) THE MAINTENANCE OF EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY PLACE OF EDUCATION HIGHER THEN ELEMENTARY TO BE AWARDED TO CHILDREN WHO HAVE ATTENDED A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS FOR NOT LESS THAN SIX YEARS.
