(1) NOT LESS THAN $300 TO BE PAID TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF BOROUGH ROAD POLYTECHNIC FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE INSTITUTE.(2) FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PERSONS OR ADULTS RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREAS PREVIOUSLEY SERVED BY THE FOUNDATIONS OR IN DEFAULT OF SUITABLE CANDIDATES SO RESIDENT, THOSE IN THE COUNTY OF LONDON AS DETAILED IN CLAUSE 14 OF THE 1951 SCHEME.
