Charitable objects
(I) IN ASSISTING PUPILS OR STUDENTS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE CIVIL PARISH OF HANWELL AS CONSTITUTED ON THE 30TH JUNE 1903 AND WHO ARE EITHER ATTENDING EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS WHETHER OR NOT WITHIN THE SAID AREA OR ARE ENGAGED UPON CORRESPONDENCE OR OPEN UNIVERSITY COURSES AND WHO, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
