Charitable objects

INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT IN OR TOWARDS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT SO FAR AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BE PRACTICABLE AND DESIRABLE PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS IN THE TERRITORY NOW COMPRISED IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA WHO ARE NOT OF EUROPEAN DESCENT.
