THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF STUDENTS AND APPRENTICES OF EITHER SEX OF ANY NATIONAL CASTE OR CREED. THE ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF SUCH STUDENTS AND APPRENTICES BY MEANS OF FINANCIAL AID OR OTHERWISE TO VISIT THE UNITED KINGDOM AND TO ATTEND EDUCATIONAL COURSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES IN RESPECT OF MAINTENANCE DURING THEIR STAY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND TRAVEL FROM AND TO THEIR HOMES.
