(B)TO ADVANCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF INDUSTRIAL PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM BY PROMOTING ANY MEANS, KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION AND IDEAS APPERTAINING THERETO.
