TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR (AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING), THE ARTS OF ORCHESTRAL, CHORAL AND OTHER MUSIC BY THE ORGANISATION AND/OR PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND RECITALS OF HIGH EDUCATIONAL AND ARTISTIC MERIT, CONFERENCES, LECTURES AND RECORDINGS, AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE COUNCIL OF THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
