Charitable objects
TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER, FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT WHICH OBJECTS AND PURPOSES PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC, MAINLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN STAFFORDSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, INTER ALIA, BY SPONSORING OR BY OTHERWISE SUPPORTING PUBLIC CONCERTS, RECITALS AND PERFORMANCES BY AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATIONS PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION APPLY UP TO 20 PER CENT OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES.
