B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND STUDENTS AT SCHOOLS AND FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE CITY OF MANCHESTER.
