TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE TAMIL COMMUNITY IN THE SCIENCE AND AT OF MEDICINE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION PRIMARILY FOR PERSONS WITHIN THE TAMIL COMMUNITY WITH THE OBJECT OF THEIR IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE
