[A] TO PRESERVE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE LAND AND BUILDINGS COMPRISED IN AND KNOWN AS THE BENACRE ESTATE AS SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BE VESTED IN THE CHARITY, AND TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF THE SAME AS A PLACE OR PLACES OF SCENIC, SCIENTIFIC, HISTORIC AND ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST; [B[ TO PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY BUILDING VESTED IN THE CHARITY ANY FURNITURE, PICTURES AND OTHER CHATTELS WHICH ARE ORDINARILY KEPT THEREAT OR WHICH MAY BE GIVEN OR LOANED TO THE CHARITY AND WHICH THE CHARITY CONSIDERS TO BE APPROPRIATE TO BE KEPT THEREAT, AND TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF THE SAME AS ITEMS OF HISTORIC OR ARTISTIC INTEREST; [C] TO PROVIDE ON THE BENACRE ESTATE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION (INCLUDING SPORTS); [D] TO FACILITATE AND ENCOURAGE THE USE AND OCCUPATION OF THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE BENACRE ESTATE AND THE USE OF SUCH CHATTELS AS AFORESAID FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
