(1) TO PROMOTE MILITARY EFFICIENCY BY (A) THE PROVISION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE COLLECTION IN A MUSEUM OR MUSEUMS OR SUCH OTHER PUBLIC PLACE OR PLACES WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, HAVE SUFFICIENT LINKS TO THE REGIMENT OR THE FORMER REGIMENTS; AND (B) PERPETUATING THE HISTORY AND MILITARY ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS; AND (C) ENCOURAGING RECRUITMENT TO THE REGIMENT, AND (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY (A) AND (B) AFORESAID
