TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING (1) TO FOSTER, PROMOTE, PLAN, MANAGE, EVALUATE AND FUND SURGICAL AND ASSOCIATED TRAINING PROGRAMMES CONCERNED WITH ADVANCED OCULAR SURGERY IN GENERAL AND INTRA OCULAR SURGERY IN PARTICULAR IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES (11) TO FOSTER, PROMOTE, ASSIST AND CONDUCT RESEARCH INTO OCULAR SURGICAL TECHNIQUES AND THEIR APPLICABILITY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND RESEARCH INTO SUCH ASSOCIATED MATTERS AS APPROPRIATE MATERIALS, ENVIRONMENTS AND HEALTH EDUCATION TECHNIQUES.
