(A) TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PEOPLE WITH SENSORY, PHYSICAL AND LEARNING DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN THE NORTH EAST (B) TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO INHABITANTS WHO HAVE NEED BECAUSE OF YOUTH, AGE, SICKNESS, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY OR POVERTY BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICE.
