Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND DISABILITY AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT SO AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING 1. TO PROVIDE MEDICAL, MATERIAL, EMOTIONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE FOR AND ACCOMMODATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM TERMINAL OR CHRONIC SICKNESS AND DISABILITY 2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF MEMBERS OF THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AS ARE OCCASIONED BY THE SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR DEATH OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR NEEDS OF COUNSELLING AND ACCOMMODATION 3. TO PROMOTE CARRY OUT OR TAKE PART IN RESEARCH INTO PALLIATIVE CARE FOR ANY TERMINAL OR CHRONIC SICKNESS OR DISABILITY WHICH MAY AFFECT CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH 4. TO IMPROVE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING THE STANDARD OF NURSING CARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH TERMINAL OR CHRONIC SICKNESS OR DISABILITY 5. TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO HOSPICES WHICH CARE FOR SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OR TO ESTABLISH SUCH NEW HOSPICES.
